Last updated: July 11, 2026.EMRCheck is a service of NJNYIT LLC (“EMRCheck,” “we,” “us”). This site provides technical and expert consulting information for attorneys; it is not a patient portal and is not a channel for protected health information (PHI).
Information we collect
- Information you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, firm, phone number, case type, and message you provide. These are delivered to us by email so we can respond.
- Automatically collected usage data. Like most websites, we and our analytics and advertising providers collect standard technical data — IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, and interactions — through cookies and similar technologies.
Please do not submit PHI, patient identifiers, medical records, or privileged case material through the contact form. Share case specifics through a secure channel after we connect; a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available where appropriate.

Cookies
The Google Analytics and Google Ads services above use cookies and similar identifiers for analytics and advertising, including remarketing. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a token to verify the contact form submission. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings and can opt out of Google's advertising personalization at Google My Ad Center.
How long we keep information
Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement and any period required for our records. Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the providers' default retention settings.
Deletion and access requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted, email gagan@emrcheck.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Use of AI tools
Some educational and marketing content on this site is drafted with the assistance of AI writing tools and is reviewed by a human before publication. In our analysis work, AI tools may be used for general drafting and organization, but they are not used to make findings or decisions about your matter. We do not submit protected health information, patient identifiers, or privileged case material to third-party AI services through this website.
